Devin Haney says all of Ryan Garcia’s pre-fight antics will catch up with him tomorrow night.

Following yesterday’s final press conference for this weekend’s PPV main event between Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia, Haney talks to the media about his expectations for what’s to come and why he believes that all of Garcia’s antics will backfire on him once the opening bell rings. Check out some excerpts of what Haney had to say below.

Haney on what’s in store for Garcia tomorrow night

“Ryan will see that I’m on a different level. I’m levels above him. I see it being an early night. I don’t see Ryan being able to go the full 12 with me. His antics will give up on him, it will show. All this bullshit will show. There’s no secrets in boxing.”

On if he plans to make a statement about his future at 140 in this fight

“Of course. 140 is my division, that’s the division I’m champion at. So of course I feel like I’m the best at 140 and I want to fight the best fighters at 140.”

On calling Garcia a C-level fighter when Tank said Garcia was his best opponent

“I don’t know, he shared a ring with him. Maybe he fought all C-level fighters.”

On how he dealt with concerns about this fight not happening

“I’m mentally strong. I got that tunnel vision, so it was what it was. Whatever it was gonna be, it was gonna be. I said I’m chasing greatness, I want to be a great. So Ryan is just another opponent on the list.”
