Lawrence Okolie makes his heavyweight debut and Sam Noakes meets Ryan Walsh on the undercard

It is once again time for Frank Warren to ape the aesthetic of a classic Western that itself aped the aesthetic of one of Akira Kurosawa’s finest, as Queensberry announced the latest installment of their “Magnificent Seven” series for December 7th at OVO Arena Wembley.

British middleweight champ and series regular Brad Pauls (19-1-1, 11 KO) makes another main event appearance after two violent battles with Nathan Heaney saw him battle “Hitman” to a split draw in March before hammering him into submission four months later. Standing opposite him is Denzel Bentley (20-3-1, 17 KO), who’s picked up a pair of quick knockouts since a massive upset loss to Heaney last November.

In other action, the newly signed Lawrence Okolie (20-1, 15 KO) makes his heavyweight debut against Germany’s Hussein Muhamed (18-1, 14 KO), a 33-year-old who’s fought just once since a third-round knockout loss at the hands of Zhan Kossobutskiy in 2022. Also, top lightweight Sam Noakes (15-0, 14 KO) defends his British and Commonwealth titles against former IBO world title challenger Ryan Walsh (29-4-2, 13 KO) and Solomon Dacres (9-0, 3 KO) defends his British heavyweight belt in an overdue clash with David Adeleye (12-1, 11 KO), who fights for the first time since last year’s loss to Fabio Wardley.

Rounding out the lineup are Aloys Youmbi (8-1, 7 KO) vs Lewis Oakford (6-1, 0 KO) at cruiserweight, Sean Noakes (8-0, 4 KO) vs Matthew Rennie (13-0-1, 1 KO) for the English welterweight belt, and rising Irish super lightweight Pierce O’Leary (15-0, 8 KO) vs TBA.
