Heavyweight Kingsley Ibeh knocked out Scott Alexander in the first round of their bout, optimistically scheduled for 10, at the Emerald Queen in Tacoma, Washington. The time of the stoppage was 2:36.
Ibeh has now won 10 fights in a row since being knocked out by Jared Anderson in February 2021.

Ibeh wasted no time in making that size matter as he trapped Alexander on the ropes, dropping his opponent twice in the first round. The second knockdown, caused by a clubbing shot, proved definitive.
The Emerald Queen has been good to Ibeh as this marks back-to-back first round knockout victories; he stopped Jack May in October. With the win, Ibeh improves to 15-2-1 (13 KOs), while Alexander drops to 17-7-2 (9 KOs).

That changed at the end of the seventh when Brooks, 13-0-1 (10 KOs), landed a right hook to the body that froze Morales before he took a knee as the bell sounded. He just about beat the count but it was all over in the next when Brooks hurled another right downstairs. Morales, 10-2 (2 KOs), was unable to continue.
Lightweight Dedrick Crocklem of Tacoma made a successful debut, knocking out Nesly Trezile of Inglewood, California after just 52 seconds of the second round. It was scheduled for four.
A straight left hand followed by a right hook dropped Trezile, who fell through the ropes in round one, but he would get to his feet. A flurry of punches, punctuated by a straight left hand, sent Trrezile crashing to the canvas in round two as he was unable to get up.
