Caroline Dubois will face Bo Mi Re Shin on March 7 in London.
Caroline Dubois will make a defense of her WBC lightweight title on March 7 at Royal Albert Hall, and is officially set to face Bo Mi Re Shin as chief support on the Natasha Jonas vs Lauren Price card in London.
Dubois (10-0-1, 5 KO) went to a technical draw with Jessica Camara on Jan. 11 in Sheffield, England, the fight halted due to a cut on Camara following a clash of heads.
The 24-year-old Dubois seemed to have that fight well in hand otherwise, though, and be a strong favorite against the 30-year-old Shin (18-2-3, 10 KO), who will be fighting in the United Kingdom for the first time.
The South Korean does have some international experience, though, with prior bouts in the United States, Belgium, and Cambodia. She’s 1-2 outside of her native country, including a notable split decision loss to Delfine Persoon in Belgium back in 2023.
Shin has won three straight since then.
The March 7 card will also feature Karriss Artingstall vs Raven Chapman at featherweight and the pro debut of middleweight Cindy Ngamba.
