Germany’s AGON Sports has announced that an agreement has been reached with PBC promoter Tom Brown in regards to the IBF middleweight eliminator  between Italy’s No. 2-ranked Etinosa Oliha, 21-0 (9 KOs), and Kyrone Davis, 19-3-1 (6 KOs), who resides at No. 5.

The finer details of the matchup are yet to be divulged but, according to promoter Ingo Volckmann, AGON is looking at a date in April with Italy under consideration to be the host country.

Oliha hails from Italy and came to Berlin, Germany, as a sparring partner during which time he looked so good that AGON signed him and he made his German debut in 2023. Davis, trained by Stephen “Breadman” Edwards, beat Elijah Garcia in his last fight in what was regarded as a big upset to set up this opportunity.
