Middleweight Chordale Booker will fight Patrick Allotey on February 15 at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, according to a source close to the situation, who spoke to BoxingScene on terms of anonymity. The bout is also listed on BoxRec.com.
The bout could potentially be televised by DAZN, but nothing is yet set in stone, the source said. The fight will be promoted by CES Boxing.
Booker, 33, enters the match on a six-fight win streak since his lone defeat, a one-round TKO loss to Austin “Ammo” Williams in April 2022. Booker, who is from Stamford, Connecticut, has fought five of his last six fights at the Mohegan Sun. He is 23-1 (11 KOs) and currently holds the WBO No.5 ranking in the junior middleweight division.
Allotey, 34, from Accra, Ghana, is 2-3 in his last five fights. In October, Allotey was stopped by Shahir Afridi in six rounds in Bangkok, Thailand. Allotey, 44-7 (34 KOs), has also lost to established names in Serhii Bohachuk, Jaime Munguia and Patrick Teixeira.
