The fight between Chris Eubank Jnr and Conor Benn will take place on April 26 at Tottenham Hotspur’s soccer stadium and the undercard has been announced.

As reported by BoxingScene 10 days earlier, the fight is going to the same stadium where Anthony Joshua boxed his first bout with Oleksandr Usyk in 2021. BoxingScene understands that they will fight at the middleweight limit of 160lbs.

The undercard will involve a third fight between the light heavyweights Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur, a middleweight bout between Liam Smith and Aaron McKenna, and a cruiserweight contest between Viddal Riley and Cheavon Clarke. It also will involve the return of the former WBO cruiserweight champion Chris Billam-Smith, who is in against American contender Brandon Glanton. Glanton is 20-2 (17 KOs) and has won his past three, while Billam-Smith, also 20-2, but with 13 stoppages, lost to Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez in November.

Yarde is 26-3 (24 KOs) and one of his defeats came against Arthur, on points in 2020 when he was beset by personal problems. He later avenged that loss, when stopping Arthur in four a year later. Yarde has won his past three in modest company since losing to Artur Beterbiev, while Manchester’s Arthur, 24-2 (16 KOs), was pushed hard by Liam Cameron, winning a split decision in June 2024 to follow his decision loss to Dmitry Bivol.

Riley had been due to face Isaac Chamberlain on February 1, but Chamberlain withdrew through injury, opening the door for Clarke to step in. Riley is 12-0 (7 KOs) and former Olympian Clarke, coming off of his first defeat, is 10-1 (7 KOs).

Smith, who this week re-signed with Matchroom, is paired with McKenna. The veteran Liverpudlian is 33-4-1 (20 KOs), while McKenna is unbeaten in 19. Smith’s past two fights were a victory and then defeat against Eubank Jnr in 2023. The LA-based Irishman McKenna had two fights in 2024, stopping Mickey Ellison and Jeovanny Estela.
