Ryan Garcia cooked promoter Eddie Hearn, saying that he’s a “fake” for “turning his back” on Devin Haney after his loss to him on April 20th. Garcia feels that the Matchroom promoter, Hearn, is a “phony” for abandoning Haney (31-0, 15 KOs) after he was beaten. He thinks that was low.
Ryan doesn’t like how Hearn was saying that he was all spaced out, looking inside the ring for the Haney fight. He doesn’t understand how he would be spaced out of looking like he was “cracked out” if he was able to dominate Haney the way that he did at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
“Eddie Hearn was like, ‘Ryan Garcia was looking crazy in the ring before the fight.’ You can watch the fight, you stupid,” said Ryan Garcia on social media, talking about his fight against Devin Haney on April 20th. “I was literally normal.
“If I was that spaced out in the ring, how was I able to land a perfect counter left hook in front of his jaw? You stupid, Eddie Hearn. You stupid idiot. ‘Oh, Ryan was cracked out in the ring.’ I’m tired of Eddie Hearn. This dude is a phony.
“You got to question what Eddie Hearn said. He said, ‘I was looking at Ryan, and he was really out of shape.’ I had a six pack and I was ready to go. I came in heavy. I drank a bunch of fluids and ate a lot. I usually don’t.
“I don’t know how he gains so much weight. He went from 140 to 158. I was 156. Eddie Hearn said, ‘He was twitching and looking everywhere.’ No, I was not. Watch the fight. I was not cracked. How can I fight cracked out like that?
“If you’re really cracked out on drugs, how can you fight in front of millions of people and fight for 12 rounds? These people are stupid. I wish I could see Eddie Hearn and say, ‘Are you stupid? Your fighter didn’t fight good, and he wasn’t even your fighter at the time. Then when he got beat, you turned your back on him. You’re a fake phony. F*** you, Eddie Hearn.
“Forget you, Eddie Hearn, for trying to create this narrative that I was cracked out before the fight. You’re just an idiot. It’s a curse on him because you were trying to lie on me so many times. Now look at your promotion,” said Ryan.
