Middleweight Euri Cedeno has boldly claimed that 2025 will be his year.
Cedeno, who is ranked No.10 by the WBA, is co-promoted by Boxlab Promotions and Kings Promotions and is seeking fights against ranked opponents in the new year.
Cedeno, 25, was a 2020 Dominican Olympian and is on a three-fight knockout streak. In September, the southpaw knocked out Aro Schwartz in two rounds in September.
“2025 is going to be my year,” Cedeno, 10-0-1 (9 KOs), said. “I’m ready to stay active, fight the best out there, and show the world that I belong at the top of the middleweight division. I want the big fights, the tough opponents, and the challenges that will push me to the next level.”
“Euri Cedeno is a special talent,” Amaury Piedra, President of Boxlab Promotions, said. “He has the power, skills, and mindset to dominate in the middleweight division. He has shown tremendous growth in his last several fights, stopping everyone we put in front of him. We’re committed to giving him the opportunities to prove himself, and I truly believe 2025 will be a breakthrough year for him.”
Via the press release, it was also noted that Cedeno’s co-promoter Marshall Kauffman echoed this sentiment, highlighting Cedeno’s hard work ethic which separates him from the rest.
“Breaking into the top ten is my priority,” Cedeno, 10-0-1 (9 KOs), said. “I know what I’m capable of, and I believe my skills and determination will take me there. The fans deserve to see the best fights, and I’m here to deliver.”
