JAMESTOWN, Calif. – Gabriel Flores Jnr and Jose Arellano made weight for their upcoming bout at the Chicken Ranch Casino and Resort in Jamestown, California.
The 10-round bout will be broadcast tomorrow night on ProBox TV and various ProBox TV accounts, including YouTube.
Flores, 24, tipped the scale at 134.8lbs, while Arellano came in lighter at 133.4lbs.
Flores of nearby Stockton, California, expects to have a lot of people in attendance for this fight, as he is on a four-fight win streak, all of which takes place near his hometown. Gabe Flores Snr, Flores’ father, promoted three fights under his G-Squad Entertainment banner.
Arellano, 30, is a 13-fight veteran with a record of 11-2 (6 KOs). Arellano’s last fight was a majority decision loss to Jaycob Gomez, which is his only fight of 2024.
The co-feature saw welterweight Emiliano Moreno make the agreed catchweight for his bout at 149.6lbs, while Cesar Francis weighed in at 146.6lbs.
Moreno fought four times in 2024, and already has a pro record of 11-0 (6 KOs) at 19 years old.
Francis, 34, another ProBox TV veteran, is returning after a little over a year layoff. Francis, 13-2 (8 KOs), of West New York, New Jersey, last fought in December 2023, stopping Windry Amadis Martinez in two rounds.
