Manny Pacquiao returns in an upcoming title bid but still wouldn’t mind settling the score with Floyd.
Manny Pacquiao sat down with Andre Ward to basically discuss his story as a fighter, which eventually led to a massive showdown against Floyd Mayweather where he came up short. Pacquiao will be returning to the ring in a title shot against Mario Barrios, but reflects on what that huge event was like before saying he’d still be willing to have a rematch.

Pacquiao on the experience of being in a megafight when he fought Mayweather
“It’s good but despite all those things right after the fight I went to the hospital and got operated, my shoulder. It really hurt. After the operation, [it was really painful].”
On whether Mayweather was as good as he anticipated
“No, that’s his style. I knew it. But the thing is, I review — I’m expecting that I won the fight ‘cause he don’t throw a lot of punches, I throw a lot of punches. And I review the CompuBox, like from slow motion from first round to 12 rounds, I slow motion it, how many punches get connected and how many punches of him connected.
“But that’s boxing. I’m not complaining or making [an excuse], it just happened that way. It happened to me many times like Jeff Horn, Bradley won, like Bradley won the fight.”
On if he’s wanted a rematch with Mayweather
“I’m still active. It’s up to him if he’s going to fight…Now my right hand is complete so…you will see my condition in the [Barrios] fight.”
