George Kambosos Jr will make his move up to the 140 lb division today in Australia, returning to face late substitute opponent Jake Wyllie in a main event on DAZN.
Kambosos hasn’t fought since his loss to Vasiliy Lomachenko 10 months ago in Perth, and is back today in Sydney. He was originally meant to face Daud Yordan, but instead takes on the once-beaten, younger Wyllie, who may really be a more dangerous opponent as Wyllie is a natural super lightweight, which Yordan is not. The undercard will see Skye Nicolson defend her WBC featherweight title against Tiara Brown, Cherneka Johnson defend her WBA bantamweight title in a rematch with Nina Hughes, the return of Teremoana Junior, and more!
