On Thursday, heavyweight Kingsley Ibeh outweighed opponent Scott Alexander by 70.7lbs ahead for their 10-round main event bout.

The heavyweights will do battle Friday as a part of “EQC Fight Night” at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Washington.

Ibeh, 31, known as “The Black Lion,” tipped the scales at 289.7lbs. Alexander, 35, weighed in at 219lbs, the lightest of his career.

Ibeh will enter Friday on a nine-fight win streak that began after his knockout loss to Jared Anderson in 2021. A native of Phoenix, Ibeh, 14-2-1 (12 KOs), has won his past four fights by way of stoppage. Alexander, 17-6-2 (9 KOs), from Los Angeles, is coming off a stoppage loss to Frank Sanchez in 2023.
