Fighting Bohachuk gives the Golden Boy-promoted Vergil Jr. gives him some attention from the public and will show whether he’s capable of mixing it with the elite-level fighters at 154.
If Vergil Jr. struggles against Bohachuk, that would signal that he’s not ready to move to the next level against the talents in the junior middleweight division.
