Ryan Garcia posted a series of messages today on social media from the hospital, saying he’s on a hold and unhappy with this situation.

On Saturday, the 25-year-old Ryan was arrested for alleged felony vandalism in the upscale Beverly Hills for causing an estimated $15,000 in damage at the Waldorf Astoria hotel.

ESPN reports Garcia was taken to a nearby police station in Beverly Hills and then transferred to a hospital for evaluation. It’s unclear if Ryan is on a 72 hour hold or what. Ryan didn’t mention whether this was a 72-hour psych evaluation or not.

Outpouring of Support from Fans

Many of Garcia’s 12.5 million Instagram followers are pulling for him to come out of this and get back in the ring to resume his successful career.

Ryan (25-1, 20 KOs) looked spectacular last April, beating previously undefeated WBC light welterweight champion Devin Haney by a 12-round majority decision in an upset victory.

Ryan should be on top of the world right now, enjoying his victory lap after defeating what many boxing fans felt was the next Mayweather and making it look easy.

The combination of Ryan’s PED scandal, his mom’s health problem, and the sudden fame that he’s achieved may have overwhelmed the young star, proving to be too much for him to deal with mentally.

Garcia’s Emotional Plea on Social Media

“I feel like I’m Ryan Spears, Aka Britney Spears,” said Ryan Garcia on X, posted from the hospital. “This sucks 🙁 I never hurt anyone. I’ve only ever loved everyone, prayed for people, and tried to make a change in this cruel world.

“Kinda funny both Trump and I are in jail. I don’t know if he is in jail but I know he got convicted. Prayer warriors. Please, I need prayers. A lot of prayers. Prayers can move mountains. Free Ryan.

“I’m worried 🙁 I have to be at this weird hospital, and they are trying to give me medicine, and they have me on a hold for who knows how long; they will determine. Pray for me,” said Ryan.
